Jeffrey Simon Hubbard will spend the next four years behind bars for the death of Usher's stepson in a 2012 boating accident.

According to the "Atlanta Journal Constitution," Hubbard was sentenced Wednesday after a jury in Hall County, Georgia convicted him of homicide by vessel last month.  Hubbard was also found guilty of serious injury by vessel, reckless operation, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft and a boat traffic violation.

Eleven-year-old Kile Glover was riding on an inner tube on Georgia's Lake Lanier in July 2012 when he was struck by Hubbard's personal watercraft.  He was declared brain dead and died nearly two weeks later.

Kile Glover is the son of Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, and Ryan Glover.  Tameka and Usher married in September 2007, but divorced in 2009.
